Step 1: We work out an itinerary according to your specifications

For allowing us to work out your own individual tour plan please let us know:

- number of days and date of arrival (at least the month of arrival)
- all your chosen must-be-included places of interest
 
- number of persons (how many children? double rooms okay?)
- meal plan (no meals included or only breakfast or half- or full board?)

- accommodation category (budget, 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 star hotels preferred?)
- entry fees and further ticket prices included or not included

Maybe, you additionally like to inform us already in your first contact mail
about  your preferences or special requirements such as:

- other language than English spoken by the guide?
- only veg food?
- dishes not spicy?
- preferred starting time in the morning?
- no stair climbs? etc.

Step 2: Receiving our quotation

You will first receive a full itinerary, with a realistic sequence of visitings each day, mindful of all your specifications.
 
After you have received our first proposal, we can modify it according to your further wishes.
 
We will send you a quotation, after you have confirmed your final version of the itinerary. ​
