For working out an itinerary quickly and calculating the price,
answers to tee following relevant questions would be helpful for us:

1. Month of your journey?

If you already know the exact dates of your tour, that would be perfect. But if you do not know the final dates, please let us know your holiday month. This rough information will help us to calculate the price according to the season.

2. How many days do you want to travel with us?

For example, if you inform us you want a 3-days tour in the hinterland of your major holiday destination, we will work out a tour with 2 overnight stays.

3. Which are the places you want to visit?

You can tell us your personal list of must-sees. We will kook for a comfortable way to combine them. You can of course also ask us, which places of interest we recommend in a specific region additionally.

4. How many persons will be travelling?

Please tell us the number of travellers and maybe also the number of rooms, in case you want to have accommodation reservations included. If not asked otherwise, we will provide double rooms (or double rooms plus one single room). We need to know the number of persons anyway to calculate the price per person and according to the vehicle. It's also helpful to know how many travellers are children of what age.

5. In case you want to have hotel reservations included: What will be your meal-plan?

No meals, bed & breakfast, half board or full board? It's your choice, of course. But we need to know it to calculate the price.

6. In case accommodation reservations shall be included: What's your favourite category?

Budget? Simple and clean? Guesthouse category A or B? Star-category of hotel? Best hotel in town for each overnight stay?

7. Do you like to have prices for all entry fees for every person included?

Some guests prefer do decide only after arrival at a place of interest whether to visit it or not. This allows them to be distinct from the rest of the group sometimes or more flexible concerning timelines. Of course, you can also send us a list of places you want to visit certainly and leave a question mark for other places mentioned on the itinerary, to remain optional or not decided before arrival.

8. Any special needs or wishes?

Medical requirements? Vegetarian food? Local or international cuisine preferred? Chauffeur guide with specific language skills? Special type of vehicle? No stairways? Lots of hiking better? Early morning departure or late breakfast and relaxed? Shopping interests? Meeting local families?

9. Our own wish: Be fair with us, plan your journey, do not misuse our services for chatting.

Please understand that we are interested in winning customers, not in endless discussions for planning your tour then done with a competitor. We offer lots of information about rewarding destinations and best times to visit for free on our website. But working out personal itineraries is time-intensive and cost-intensive, too. This service is only for those honestly interested in a booking. Usually, we send only 1 itinerary proposal ans ask for your final modifications and then send you only 1 price offer and will not send a second one, if you ask for further modifications afterwards or try any bargaining. Of course, in some cases we send second proposals and modified quotations after further reasonable discussions. But this is an exception and not the rule. 10. You like our info services and intend to send our work to others to ask for a better price?

Though we expect our correspondence to be confidential and honest and some of our information is copyright-protected, we do not intend to investigate if someone played games with us. But should you know right from the beginning that only price matters for you, be kind enough to let us know. We usually do not provide damaged cars and our drivers do not engage in discussions about visiting an uncle's shop along the route and do not show a long face if anything is not according to their routines. But if asked to calculate the price for the latter kind of travel experience, freely and fairly right from the beginning, we can of course send you quotations with prices of that category alternatively. The only thing is: We guess, we will have a lot of correspondence about your complaints afterwards. This is what we usually try to avoid, by convincing you that quality matters, particularly in holidays.
