The hotel combines a spacious function venue with extensive accommodation, a choice of dining venues, and opportunities for excursions in the surrounding region.

The hotel's main function venue, Utsava, offers 6,210 sq ft (approximately 577 m²) of event space and can accommodate a variety of meeting formats. It seats up to 220 delegates in theatre style, 80 in classroom style, 150 in cluster seating, 35 in U-shape, or 350 guests for cocktail receptions. The adjoining garden can also be made available for pre-dinner cocktails or outdoor receptions.

Accommodation comprises 169 rooms and suites, including 155 Deluxe Rooms, 11 Superior Deluxe Rooms, 2 Family Suites, and 1 Luxury Suite, making the hotel well suited for residential conferences and multi-day incentive programmes.

Delegates can choose from several dining venues during their stay. Svar serves buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner, while Pink Lobster specializes in à la carte seafood. Additional options include Mista Deli for coffee and light refreshments, as well as Plunge, Taaza, and Twist pool bars for drinks and snacks.
